Ordering
Can I cancel or modify my order?
If your order has not been fulfilled, please email us with your order number and the details you'd like to change or if you wish to cancel your order.
Your order cannot be cancelled or modified if it has already been fulfilled.
What is the status of my order?
An automatic confirmation email will be sent to your email address when you place your order. Use this email to track your order!
You will receive another email with tracking information once your order has been processed and shipped.
You can also subscribe to receive SMS notifications on your order status updates after you place the order.
Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. So aorry!
We are looking into servicing international in the future.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We do our best to process all orders the same business day and ship them the same day or the following morning. At the latest, we ship your orders out 3 business days after they have been placed.
Typically it takes less than a week to receive your order within the USA.
How much is shipping?
United States:
- $5.95 flat no matter how many packages you order
- We ship most of our orders via USPS
How long does it take to arrive?
Order processing occurs within 2-3 business days after order placement.
- You will be getting email notifications with order status updates.
- If you need to update your shipping info, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes can delay processing timeframes.

How can I track my package?
Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation with your tracking number for your package.
Tracking information will be updated within 24 business hours of shipment.
You can also subscribe to receive SMS notifications on your order status updates after you place the order.
Returns
Can I return or exchange an item?
Due to the customized nature of our products we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. If you wish to cancel your order, please advise us within 24 hours of your order being placed. If your order has already been fulfilled, refunds cannot be given.
We, however, want to make sure you are happy. If you are truly unhappy with your order, please reach out to us so we can make it right. For instances such as these, we have a 30-day return policy from date of delivery, this means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or eligible for a refund.

My order has arrived but it's not as I expected. What can I do?

What should I do if I receive a wrong product?
If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, we apologise for that.
Contact us within 14 days and we will be sure to get you the products you ordered.
Custom Photo Magnets
Do I have to send a physical picture?
We print your photos for you! All you have to do is upload any digital photo onto the corresponding product page - photos from your phone or camera will work perfectly.
How do I crop my photos to the required ratio?
Go onto the product page that you would like to purchase, simply click on "choose photos" to upload your photos.
Then select the photo you would like to crop and it will bring you to the editing page.
The cropping tool will automatically let you crop to the ratio that is required for your product whether it is 1:1 or 2:3.
Can I change my photo?
If your order has not been fulfilled, you may change your photo within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing us at hello@memorymixtape.com.
After this period, modifications cannot be made.
